چکیده
Abstract Background Plant phylogeographic studies of species in subtropical China have mainly focused on rare and endangered species, whereas few been conducted taxa with relatively wide distribution, especially polyploid species. We investigated the cytotype haplotype distribution pattern Actinidia chinensis complex, a widespread geographically woody liana variable ploidy comprising two varieties, three chloroplast fragments DNA ( ndh F- rpl 132, rps 16- trn Q E- T). Macroevolutionary, microevolutionary niche modeling tools were also combined to disentangle origin demographic history or cytotypes. Results The levels 3338 individuals from 128 populations sampled throughout range estimated flow cytometry. cytotypes diploids followed by tetraploids hexaploids, triploids octoploids occurred populations. Thirty-one haplotypes detected. genetic diversity structure found be high between varieties (or races) deliciosa . Our results revealed that these inhabit significantly different climatic spaces. Ecological models (ENMs) indicate all varieties’ ranges contracted during Last Inter Glacial (LIG), expanded eastward northward Maximum (LGM). Conclusions Pliocene Plio-Pleistocene fluctuations vicariance appear played key roles shaping current population historical demography A. complex. polyploidization process appears an important role complex through improving their adaptability environmental changes.

Draft genome of the kiwifruit Actinidia chinensis
The kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) is an economically and nutritionally important fruit crop with remarkably high vitamin C content. Here we report the draft genome sequence of a heterozygous kiwifruit, assembled from ~140-fold next-generation sequencing data. The assembled genome has a total length of 616.1 Mb and contains 39,040 genes. Comparative genomic analysis reveals that the kiwifruit ...
متن کاملNew Temperate Fruits: Actinidia chinensis and Actinidia deliciosa
The above statement may accurately represent the current situation but will very soon be out of date. The last 30 years has seen the emergence of the kiwifruit from being a small but increasing crop in one country to being a crop of worldwide significance. The next few years will see the entry of new and quite different Actinidia fruit into international trade. The kiwifruit (Actinidia delicios...
متن کاملEvaluation of Antioxidant and Antiproliferative Properties of Three Actinidia (Actinidia kolomikta, Actinidia arguta, Actinidia chinensis) Extracts in Vitro
The total phenolic content, total flavonoid content, vitamin C content, and antioxidant activities of ethanol extracts from different kiwifruit varieties (Actinidia kolomikta, Actinidia arguta, Actinidia chinensis) were determined in this study. Multiple scavenging activity assays including the hydroxyl radical, O(2) (-)·radical, DPPH, and the ABTS(+) radical scavenging activity assays were use...

in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...
Investigation of Antifungal Effect of Actinidia chinensis Extract
Background: Kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) belongs to the Actinidiaceae family which is a Chinese endemic plant and is cultivated in New Zealand, USA, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Iran and Turkey. Kiwifruit includes different varieties such as Hayward, Bruno, Monty, and Abbott. These varieties are different in taste, odor, shape, and chemical compositions. Some antifungal effect for ...
